nf-x are very experienced in the supply of a full range of exhibition services to exhibitions in the UK and in Europe.

We can offer any or all of the services described below, also offering a pro-active exhibition project management service. This service is complimentary, and is particularly effective when nf-x are supplying multiple services to an event. We work in close alliance with the client, relieving them of the majority of the operational issues that occur as events draw near. A project manager is allocated to the event, who remains as the sole point of contact for the client throughout planning, build, and removal of exhibition services. The project manager runs all aspects of the involvement of nf-x, ensuring that all details are considered, and that all services supplied meet with our exacting standards.

Services that we offer include :

Shell Scheme Stand Fitting

From 100 sqm to 3,000 sqm, nf-x can supply shell scheme stands suitable for any event.Octanorm shell scheme stands can be supplied in polished silver, white, or black system.
All stands are supplied with supportive ceiling grid, fascia, and name boards.

A variety of visual styles are available, and wall panels can be supplied in a variety of velcro compatible surface finishes. A wide range of additional components are available for exhibitors to order, dependant upon their exhibition stand design and requirements.

Traditional timber panel shell schemes can also be supplied, paint finished to match a clients exhibition marketing campaign. These are ideal exhibition stands for antique shows, fabric shows, and interior design shows where the exhibitor wishes to attach heavy objects to the walls of the stand.

nf-x can also supply floor plan production services in conjunction with either of the above shell scheme options.

	Event Feature Areas

nf-x pride ourselves in the creation and production of innovative cost effective designs to enhance attractions within events. These include exhibition registration areas, seminar theatres, live demonstration areas, and catering zones. All designs are tailored to suit the theme of the event, providing functional areas with high visible impact.

	Electrical Services

nf-x supply electrical installations for numerous events and exhibitions in the UK. We carry a full range of electrical fittings that are installed and maintained by our team of fully qualified electricians. Whether in a hotel, outdoor marquee, or major exhibition venue, nf-x have the resources and experience to service the needs of an event organiser and exhibitors.

	Furniture Hire

nf-x work in close alliance with Indisplay – AEO excellence award winners in 2001. We are able to supply a very diverse range of high quality modern furniture to any event.

We also supply conference and banqueting furniture for corporate promotions, and event hospitality.

Floor Coverings

nf-x can supply a wide variety of floor coverings to events of all sizes. These are installed by a team of qualified fitters, and maintained throughout the event.

	Floral Displays

nf-x can offer a wide variety of indoor and outdoor floral displays to event organisers and participants. These can dramatically enhance an exhibition display area, or successfully conceal an undesirable area.

Choices range from fresh cut flowers, to specimen potted plants, to fully landscaped areas with water features.

All aspects of design and installation are executed by a team of expert florists and landscape gardeners, ensuring that the display is visually striking and well maintained.

	Graphic Services

Graphic branding can either make or break the aesthetic impact of corporate promotions at events. Effective use and creative design of graphic branding can bring an exhibition stand to life. nf-x supply a full range of graphic solutions, from vinyl logos to full colour images, making use of current technology to ensure that all branding remains cost effective with maximum impact.
